Our headset interface extends Ivanti® Voice Communicator by enabling remote call control support with Plantronics® headsets. The interface is provided by experts with more than 12 years experience implementation of Ivanti® Voice. Check out the video bellow with demonstration of the interface.

Terminate ongoing calls directly from the headset.

Switch between calls being on hold. (depends on model of the device)

There is no need for agents to set themselves to ‘Not Ready’ when leaving the PC. This results in higher availability of agents. Agents can stay in ‘Ready’ state, that would minimize queue time and number of abandoned calls.

Agents can answer calls away from their desks. Depending on the processes, agents can switch to other tasks or meetings without losing calls.

Requirements

Supported Hardware

  • Plantronics® SAVI 7xx series;
  • We confirm the interface to be working with above mentioned devices. The interface should be compatible with any Plantronics® headset supporting Plantronics® Hub 3.x and having call-control buttons. The list of devices that support Plantronics® Hub 3.x is published here.
  • Please test the interface with your headset model before purchasing by downloading a trial version bellow;
  • If you do not find the headset in the list of the supported devices on our website, we are happy to guide you through a simple installation and verification procedure.

  • We apply a volume pricing based on the total number of Ivanti® Voice concurrent users utilizing the Headset Interface;
  • If you are not sure if your headset device is compatible with the Headset Interface, please install the trial version of the Interface. You can dowload it here. Please make sure that you have installed Plantronics® Hub 3.x prior to installing the Headset Interface;
  • Please specify in your request, whether you need consulting services for deployment of the interface;
  • We are also happy to assist with the implementation of the whole Ivanti® Voice solution, as well as integration with Ivanti® Service Management. In this case the Headset Interface can be discounted.
